let’s slow down together…

As a Retreat Attendee, experience a weekend of community & learning through group movement classes, interactive workshops, and collective chats & discussions. Our workshop leaders span topics like sustainable living, herbalism, mindfulness, farming & gardening, and more!

And the fun doesn’t stop there! Prior to the retreat, we will be delivering a complimentary Slow Living Gift Box of sustainably-made goods to your home, curated by Mary & Emma and presented by Yours Rurally. Continue to meet & connect with fellow attendees after the event with your free subscription the Lady Farmer ALMANAC, our members-only online community & content-sharing platform!

a day at the retreat

Our first day of the retreat starts at 9:30am Eastern with a relaxing yoga class, after which we will gather with everyone for a coffee chat with Emma and Mary of Lady Farmer. At 11:30am, we’ll begin one of two 60-minute workshops of your choosing (with a lunch break in between), and come back together for a live podcast recording with Natalie Chanin of Alabama Chanin on Saturday and our panel discussion on Sunday, “Seeking Slow Living”, hosted by Sherri Powell of Yours Rurally. Saturday evening we will come back together in for a community Happy Hour, and all weekend long attendees will be meeting and connecting within the Lady Farmer ALMANAC, our newly-launched online membership portal.
